WRT serves a wide area encompassing Burleigh, Dunn, Grant, Oliver, McLean, Mercer, and Morton counties. They offer scheduled rides to destinations such as Bismarck, Dickinson, and 4Bears Casino, with specific routes operating on designated days each month. To accommodate various needs, WRT provides accessible vehicles equipped with lifts or ramps for passengers using mobility devices.
